a beautiful, clean, rust free original car....83,000 original miles, excellent rust free body, excellent 'underneath,' runs and drives wonderfully...'tight,' excellent ride and handling, precise steering.
Very clean original interior, v.g. top and side curtains, same with tonneau, wire wheels, v.g. chrome and trim, everything works fine, doesn't miss a beat.
Some minor cracking of the paint at spots also some pinprick bubbles at spots (from mediocre prep work when last painted, maybe 20 years ago or more), LOOKS great from anywhere up to a few feet away. To repaint? A next owner's decision. I think the car looks fine the way it is.
This is a very nice, very straight, ver unmolested early MGA that is the ideal compromise classic sports car. No, doesn't have running boards (see our many T Series MGs and Morgans for those), doesn't have 'modern' roll up windows either (again, see MGBs TR4s, etc.). But capable of cruising all day at 60-80 mph, great fun on winding country roads, simple, reliable, and a joy to own.
