A very thoroughly rebuilt and restored example...last owner had car done by top local restoration with work including $10,000 down to bare metal respray. Engine rebuilt (and running 'like new'), rebuilt brakes and suspension, new wiring harness, new chrome, mostly new interior, new top, new side curtains, wire wheels, new chrome knock offs, nicely detailed engine bay.
A lot of ''other' work including a new steering rack, new burled wood dshboard ($400 to purchase and a lot of labor to install), new shocks, original air cleaners, certainly in 'show condition' if one used the term 'show' indicating something less than a serious national show.
Really the best steering and handling I have ever encountered in an MGA, excellent engine response, and the gearbox is a dream to operate. It looks great, it is rust free, it has excellent performance, AND it is the best driving MGA I can remember. EASILY DEMONSTRATED!!!!!!!!!!!
