Just arrived....a nice, excellent running TR3A with wire wheels....excellent mostly new interior (black seats with white piping), excellent engine and transmission (150 psi compression in every cylinder, 75 psi oil pressure, no smoke AT ALL), brakes redone (can see new flex lines, new pads, new master cylinder), new top and tonneau, very good side curtains. Brakes work well, has an all synchromesh transmission, steering feels very good, wiring harness looks near-new, everything works, all original gauges work well, can't find ANYTHING wrong with the car.
Went over the edges of the body, rockers, edges of wheel openings, quarters, couldn't find any spots where my kitchen magnet didn't stick. Since I don't have X Ray vision, can't say there is no bondo BUT if there is, there ain't much.
Floors look great as does the chassis and trunk floor. Front end... saw new ball joints and tie roed ends, polyurethane bushings, feels very 'tight.' Body is VERY straight and with show quality BRG paint. Look at the reflections and the deep colors in the paint and you will get a clear idea of how it looks in person.
The car is quick, drives beautifully, has unmatched classic style (for the money) with deeply cut down doors, lots of (all working) gauges on the dash, great performance, better than average ride, and ready to go anywhere.
