beautiful. rebuilt, restored to show condition. Perhaps not a winner at a serious show (after all, we tend to sell cars that can be used and enjoyed) but certainly a worthy entrant at smaller shows.
Excellent rust free body, excellent show quality paint, near new interior, immaculate engine bay, all new chrome (grille, bumpers, etc.), tonneau, new top, absolutely rust free, my kitchen magnet stuck everywhere (no indication of bondo)......all new rubber gaskets, seals, beading, welting, really looks fantastic. Engine rebuilt less than 1,000 miles ago, perfect compression and oil pressure, excellent running, no smoke. Also a new clutch, rebuilt SU carbs, rebuilt front end, etc.....
In the engine bay...new wiring and mostly new electrics, chrome rocker cover, lots of beautiful details.
Luggage rack, converted to negative ground, modern Stereo/CD with new speakers and antenna, seat belts
Fairly new Michelins on a good set of wire wheels (just sandblasted and painted), new knock offs, all brakes done (calipers, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, flex lines), exhaust is quiet, not much to add.
Really doesn't seem to 'need' anything.
One of the nicest MGAs we have seen for quite a while. And the 1600 Mk Is are particular desirable with the more powerful 1600 engine and disc brakes.
