all new interior, red with black interior (and red piping), seats completely rebuilt, 14" center lock wire wheels, early ’65 pull handle car, garaged most of its life and owned by a caring owner. New paint, absolutely rust free with perfect floors and inner sills, mechanically excellent, new stereo/CD unit, upgraded with an alternator, oil cooler, show (if not ‘serious’ show) condition.
Excellent chrone and trim, new top, new boot cover, very nicely detailed engine bay, 65 psi oil pressure when hot, no smoke, perfect compression, 'tight' on the road, an absolutely beautiful early MGB and a wonderful usable classic with 100+ mph performance, great steering and handling, disc brakes, and good fitting weather equipment.
Invoices showing: rebuilt engine, 2 new fenders, new floor panels,, new inner sills, new rockers, inner inner rockers, new jacking points, new doglegs, new exhaust system, new springs, all new interior, rebuilt calipers...the list continues........well over $5,000 just in parts.
AND...lots of recently installed options (note: we have this car advertised for a slightly lower price in certain magazines BUT WITHOUT these options and additional work we have just done)...electronic ignition, halogen headlights, boot cover, 12v underdash outlet, racing battery switch, external jump plugs for the battery, much more.
One of the best looking and driving early MGBs we have ever had for sale and a wonderful usable collector's car at a very attractive price.
There are better MGBs in the world. But not a LOT better.
